The hourly base rate ranges from $80 to $120 per technician-hour, depending on the service area and state. This rate covers the cost of one qualified Service Provider connected to your location.
How do Priority Pricing tiers work?
Priority Pricing rewards advance planning. Tier 1 (12+ hours ahead) saves 10%, Tier 2 (24+ hours) saves 15%, and Tier 3 (40+ hours) saves 20% on your base hourly rate. The discount is applied automatically at checkout based on your booking lead time.
How far in advance can I schedule?
You can schedule service orders up to 6 months in advance, with a minimum lead time of just 5 minutes for urgent needs. Scheduling is available in 5-minute increments, giving you precise control over timing and duration.
When is payment processed?
Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Charges are non-refundable after the service has been rendered unless covered under our refund policy.
